Privacy policy
Epsom Aerials & Satellites is a small, independent trades business. This page explains, in plain English, what we do with your details.
What we collect
When you call or WhatsApp us we keep your phone number, your name if you give it, and anything you tell or send us about the job (messages, photos, descriptions). If we book a visit we also record the job address.
Why we use it
Only to quote, book and carry out the work, to contact you about that job, and to honour our 2-year workmanship guarantee. We never sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as the guarantee runs, plus the period we must keep business and tax records by law (normally six years). Enquiries that don't become a job are deleted within 12 months.
Website analytics
This website uses Clicky to count visits and see which pages are popular. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we can't identify you from these figures.
WhatsApp is a third-party service run by Meta. Messages you send us through it are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need to keep it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
