Usually yes — most standard jobs (aerial install, Sky Q, satellite, wall mount) have fixed prices we can confirm on the call. Bigger jobs (cinema rooms, IRS systems, CCTV) need a free site survey.
£100 fixed callout that covers diagnosis and most minor repairs. Any larger work is quoted before we start — no surprises.
