Dedicated home cinema, designed and installed.

4K HDR projection, Dolby Atmos object-based surround, motorised screens, proper acoustic treatment and tiered seating. We're independent specifiers — we pick kit on merit, not vendor incentives — and we've built cinema rooms across Surrey from converted garages in Esher to basements in Cobham.

Designed for your room, not a brochure

Every cinema room is different — proportions, ceiling height, where the door has to go, how dark you can make it. We start with measurements and listening preferences, model the projector throw and speaker positions, and then specify the kit that suits the room. No two builds we've done in Surrey are the same.

Garage & basement conversions

Most of our recent Surrey cinema rooms have been garage conversions or basement extensions — both work brilliantly because you can blacken the room properly and treat acoustics from the start. We work alongside your builder or recommend trusted partners.

Common questions

Home Cinema Installation Surrey — the questions we get asked.

How much does a home cinema cost in Surrey?

Discreet 5.1 in-ceiling Atmos in a living room typically £2,500–£5,000 fitted. Dedicated cinema room (projector, screen, Atmos, seating, treatment) from £8,000 with the average build landing £15,000–£35,000 depending on kit choice and room work.

Do I need a dedicated room?

No — discrete Atmos in a living room sounds great with in-ceiling speakers and a hidden subwoofer. A dedicated room sounds better and lets you go bigger on screen and bass, but it's a choice not a requirement.

What's the difference between Atmos and 5.1?

Atmos adds overhead height channels so sound moves above you, not just around you. In a properly treated room the difference is dramatic. In a typical living room it's noticeable but more subtle.

Can you work with my interior designer / builder?

Yes — we routinely work alongside Surrey-based ID firms and contractors. Early involvement saves money: we mark up cable runs and speaker positions before plasterboard goes up.

Is the consultation free?

Yes — free initial site visit to scope the room and outline realistic options. Detailed design and quote follow if you want to proceed.
